Great shop with very helpful staff. Always a good port of call for hardware and light bulbs etc. Got a really nice vintage light bulb here and they seemed to be the only store in Horsham that carried a wide range of these light bulbs.

Staff always happy to help and are always very polite. Staff working hard to ensure safety of all. Good social distancing, customers wearing masks and sanitising on entry at door prompt. Would get five stars but stock is always terribly low. It's almost as if they are trying to drive customers away, so they can shut this branch down too
Went for bathroom and kitchen taps, great value and had what I needed
Surprise is this store is bigger than you think. Staff friendly and helpful. Good covid 19 precautions and wash and wipe provided for trolleys etc. Prices keen too! Thanks guys.
Very good service, social distancing in place at the moment so queue might be a bit long sometimes but once inside everything moves so much quicker.
