Bought a Superking topper off Amazon arrived with slight damage to cover (possible courier fault ) Contacted Southern foam direct via email received a reply same day a new cover arrived a few days later. No messing , As for the 4 inch memory foam Topper don't buy one if you need to get up early 5 Stars !!

Extremely disappointed , I have used them for 4 different jobs all came back wrong .....when told they have not even replay to my text or emails last job 2 days ago I asked for 2 cushions for a sofa, received 3 and one on it had a lo d tear and re glued. Send a complain andI received an email with a credit note but not even an apologies . Very very disappointed has a small business in the upholstery trade they have give me the impression they are more interested in big jobs than work with small business....they attitude did not impress me at all.
