Steven Treece was our salesman and he was one of a kind. He was very professional and easy going. He didn't apply any unnecessary pressure or sales tactics. He was just very friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. For anything he didn't know, he quickly found out. It was hard not to like him. In general, Bayway Lincoln was very down to earth and personable. Everyone there was friendly and happy to help. It made the stressful decision of buying a car a little easier. Excited to say I' officially a jeep owner yay me! Contacted Gulf fwy location and sure enough Leo Costa was hands on and called me back stating vehicle was ready. Fastest service I've had purchasing a vehicle, cant beat that because I really was dreading it didn't want to wait hours but nope it went smooth and fast. Thank you Leo and of course your manager..
My family only brought one car from this dealership which is a 2012 Lincoln MKT that has been in my family for 8 years now. My grandfather brought the vehicle for himself but sadly he passed away in May of 2020 from Cancer. The car used sits in the garage unused for a bit. Now me and grandma get it out on Fridays to go out. Also one time we took the Lincoln to Dallas but the wind guards on the windows were loose. We got the window guards by a week. Now this photo isn't mine as I only see the car once a week and I believe I can't post photos on reviews on my phone, but this is the exact same car my grandfather used to own before he passed.
HUGE shoutout to Steven Treece for being the best damn salesman ever!! Very patient, not pushy, and helped me get in the vehicle I really wanted. We will most def. be back!!
