I have been with Dr. Jones for a few years. Being a health professional, i know what i am concerned about and we work together with her concerns for me. I update her on anything i do with my other doctors and she is very kind and considerate of what i think. You can suggest things to better your own health and if you need clarification, she either provides it or will find out what you need. If a person wants a physician who will work with you, Dr. Jones is that person. She is my Family Doctor....

Reckless, unknowledgeable, rude, and just wants to give you tons of meds without even listening to your medical complain, go figure. My mom had done a blood test with her, and she told my mom the results were fine. Few weeks later, my mom switched to another doctor cause she continued to have the same symptoms, and, she found out that the test results Dr Jones told her were fine showed very low level of thyroid. Save your time and money and stay away from that idiot.

Dr. Jones not only put me at ease about the quality of health care provided by the Cypress Fairbanks Health Group, she provided detailed quality care, timely follow-up counseling in a comfortable health care setting. My medical prescriptions are always called in and prepared when needed and her staff are equally professional and knowledgeable. I recently had to change PCP due to insurance. I searched and came across 2 physicians that I might would like to see. Ultimately I choose Dr. Jones. I really was not too sure after my 1st visit because it was the beginning of a new relationship. After my 2nd visit, I was more open and received good advice. I have been with Dr. Jones about 8 months and I enjoy her down to earth approach. The only thing I would encourage is due to the labs coming from outside her office, that she would be able to get results sooner. Thanks!!!

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Jones today only to discover she is no longer part of this practice. The young lady on the line claimed to have no forwarding information for Dr. Jones or any details as to how her patients could contact her. The practice and the medical group failed to notify myself and I'm sure all of the other patients of Dr. Jones departure. Beware, if you call the main number to reach Dr. Jones' office you will be placed in a continuous loop without being able to reach a real person. Callers must choose the option to book an appointment if you want to speak to a live person and even then you are not provided much help. Needless to say I am now looking for a new primary care physician.
