We had a VERY HOT need and Kevin at Houston Hydraulics came through BIG TIME. We had an immediate need for a Webtec Variable Flow Divider Valve and were desperately searching for one. I called Kevin and that's when a focus on personal service and getting the job done was revealed. Kevin, representing HH, went above and beyond as a Webtec distributor to not only order the products but ensure it got out the door for an overnight shipment. Took a hydraulic oil pump in for inspection& overhauling. One week later I get a call stating that they can’t even get the 4 bolts which hold the assembly together broke loose. After advising them with directions for bolt removal they said they didn’t feel comfortable working on it. Pump was taken to a more experienced shop where it will be ready for pick up 5 days from today.
Excellent service and they kept me informed on my rebuilt.
