Reception and office staff friendly and helpful, can't fault them. It's a real shame it doesn't extend to the bus drivers who simply can't stick to company policy or actually use common sense or manners. Rude and total jobsworths.
Brilliant company with a vibrant, young feel to it, driving the route towards electric buses (Arf Arf). Truthfully they are pioneers amongst the eco public transport world though, investing heavily in future technologies. Plus they have a Harris hawk to deal with their pigeons.!
Majority of the bus drivers are as miserable as sin. They used to employ drivers who'd welcome you onto the bus or at the very least respond when you'd say hello. Now the majority of them sit in their Perspex cacoon in silence, simply watching you. The timetables appear to be more of a very rough approximation of when the bus will appear rather than the drivers actually sticking to it.
