A really useful and lovely course to do while pregnant. Rebecca makes the time go so fast with a lovely mix of movement, relaxation and information. The classes are nice and small so it’s easy to ask questions. Would highly recommend!

Rebecca provides a warm, relaxing and comforting space for mums to be. Her birthing classes allow for the perfect balance of time to connect with your baby, through movement and relaxation, and time to understand what happens to your body when it is preparing for and in labour. Small classes also allow time for everyone to be heard and listened to. Would highly recommend.

Rebecca's Daisy Birthing classes are relaxing and informative at the same time. It is very helpful to understand the stages of labour through explanation and visual aids, as well as yoga based movements that can be used during labour. I found the breathing techniques and exercises most helpful. Rebecca is extremely welcoming and friendly,, and provides a calm and comforting environment - I would highly recommend these classes during pregnancy.

Rebecca's classes are informative but delivered in such a friendly and relaxed way. The relaxation part at the end of each class was so therapeutic and really helps you feel positive and prepared for the journey ahead! it was also such a lovely way to meet other pregnant ladies to share the journey with and most of us have carried on to Rebecca's daisy tinies class x
