Just had our conservatory roof replaced with lightweight tiles and all glazing replaced. So pleased with the result. The whole team were great. Very professional and did a good job. We were kept well informed on what was happening each day and the quality of the finish is brilliant. A short wait for fitting as they were very busy but started at the estimated date. Well worth waiting for.

No one gets back in touch which is very disappointing as they were brilliant when we first had windows fitted and for the first few years after . Windows have ten year guarantee but cannot get any response now . Daughter even rung with no answer . Wonder if they cease to exist ?
Had someone out to give a quote to replace misted up windows who arrived half an hour late. Very pleasant young man who took all the measurements. Said someone would be back with a quote probably that day. Two days later I am still waiting for a quote and have rung once to chase. Gone elsewhere to a company who gave me a quote on site.
We were looking to have our front doors replaced and went to Glazeright as we had heard they were a good company. We've had our fill of people working on the house who don't turn up for appointments, keep us in the dark on progress and the finished job is less than satisfactory. This is not the experience you'll get from the team here, Paul came out on the initial survey with a refreshing non-pushy sales approach and he was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable and indeed gave us the confidence to place our order with Glazeright and we are glad we did, They kept us advised on the progress with the order throughout, gave us some excellent advice on what to choose and the fitting team arrived on time and stayed beyond 6pm on a Friday to get the job done.....and left the place spotless!! We have a beautiful end product and delighted with their service. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Glazeright for your own home improvements. Many in the trade could learn valuable lessons from their exemplary customer service
