It’s unfortunate that disgruntled people who often aren’t even customers decide to go online and post one star reviews. After speaking with Robert who was upset by a bad review I read the poor reviews which tend to end with “if I could leave 0 stars I would” - well if I could leave 10 stars I would. Genuine family company doing their best and we’ve not had any problems for years. Out of all the hundreds of hires - some don’t go exactly to plan and it’s disappointing to see folk be so nasty. I’d recommend them but I’m sure they’ve got lots of happy people so don’t need to worry. Keep up the good work Robert xx Tom and Nikki
Cant recommend crown castles enough! Their bouncy castle hire is simply the best. Professional and reliable from start to finish. Definitely booking with them again.

5* Let down last minute by another company! Crown Castles came out with a bouncy castle within an hour and saved the day:) Definitely be using them in the future.
