I mean my experience was pretty horrific. I wasn't as rich as the other kids so I was looked down on and bullied. I cried a lot. Yes, I wasn't normal, but I was just trying to enjoy myself and always got picked on at this snobbish school. Also, when I moved schools after year 6, the education at the non-private school was a lot better. Overrated as hell.
