He’s amazing! I was so confused about my situation and he explained clearly what was going on. He talked me through the process necessary for my healing and helped me stay calm through the whole thing. He’s brilliant! He knows exactly what he’s doing and he knows how to make the patient feel safe and comforted. Thank you Doctor for healing my chronic ear problem! I can finally hear again!!!

Wasn’t seen until 1.5 hours past the appointment time. The doctor sped through the appointment because he had overbooked himself at the hour. The diagnosis was unhelpful because he didn’t bother inquiring about the relevant symptoms. He waved us off and was like - come back if it hurts again. Unimpressed. Not recommended.

Just got a call from this office telling me that because of my health insurance deductible not being met I would have to pay 150 up front for an initial consultation. I have a 60 co-pay with Anthem/Blue Cross!! Appointment cancelled and a different ENT specialist is accepting the co-pay. I'd just be careful before you pay this office up front. I'm not saying they are wrong, but I've never had to pay up front for a Dr. appointment when I have in-network insurance and a co-pay.
