We have just had all windows and a door fitted by Faroncrown, the quality of the windows and door are excellent and from the first contact to the windows being fitted it was seamless. Faroncrown Windows were truly a pleasure to deal with. Initially they were recommended and they have certainly lived up to their billing. Wayne was professional throughout, with good advice about matching the frame profile to our 1930 house. There were also nice worthwhile touches where we paid extra for the \Encapsulation\ of certain original stained glass feature windows. Also, in the bathroom, an internal shutter/blinds system. They were also pragmatic when required, and suggested that we retain the wooden entrance front door and surround whilst replacing the porch entrance doors. The workmanship of the window fitters, led by Alex, was exceptional. A team of three completed the whole house in a week, and whilst there will always be disruption with such a job, any mess was tidied daily. The windows replaced varied from 88 to 15 years old, and amazingly, there was minimal damage, so little repair require by me afterwards. The house has been transformed with immediate and noticeable improvements to sound insulation and warmth. I would certainly recommend Faroncrown.
