I don't know how these people are serving food. Either they are allowing the house keeping staff to cook food, or they are cost cutting. Taste is okay. Portion is disaster. Ambience is okay. Quality of food is Minus. Cost - Way, way to much for the restaurant. I would prefer, other restaurants than this one.

This is the first time after the lockdown I happen to taste the chicha's Biryani. In my opinion the taste has not lived up to the expectations and the price of 419 per regular portion seems exorbitant. I am disappointed by the taste. Adding to the inconvenience they do not accept card/upi payments, I had to visit atm and pay by cash and very conveniently they took 420 for a bill of 419, I mean there is no moral obligation to let the customer know of that missing 1 rupee. It's my mistake I didn't notice during the billing. I dont know the obsession of cash only transaction during a pandemic. I think its the end for my visit to chicha's.

No manners. Waiting for the table at least for half an hour then the table is given to others because they are posh. Wearing mask and jeans t shirt n having a girl with them doesn't mean they are posh and the person wearing mask n hejab is not posh...?

Honesty speaking, I had a good time at this place. Somethings I am disappointed at is the price and the quantity of the food. I feel that there should be salad available with food. Overall the quality and taste of food is too good.

Had visited this place in past, many a times. For they serve Haleem even when it’s not the month of Ramzan. The food earlier was good enough and we had a few regular orders that suited our palate. But our visit two days back (the first one post lockdown), was the worst of our visits in terms of food. We had ordered Haleem, Gulfaam (supposedly their signature items), Keema Masala with Rumali and Biryani. Not a single item was good. With the jacked up prices post lockdown and smaller portion sizes which are also tasteless, next visit to this place is highly unlikely.
