Phoned at 4:30 on Friday asking if I could come quickly buy some bricks. He was obviously annoyed to be answering the phone so late in the day. He was rude, refunded to answer my question and hung up the phone when he found out I didn't want to buy a full pallet. Id suggest getting someone to answer the phone who can speak and understand English - you're missing out on sales because of this guy!

I paid over the phone with a debit card, someone called me back and said that they needed to do a bank transfer and they had cancelled my card payment and it would be refunded. two weeks later and they still have not refunded my card and they will not answer my calls or emails.
