I found my engagement ring dismantled. Diamond one side and the prongs that hold the diamond in place entirely squashed. I was devastated. I went to a jeweller locally and was quoted a disgusting amount- i could have bought another ring with it. Randomly, my husband pops into the shop and two days later... My ring returns completely cleaned and sorted. It was almost unrecognisable. I was given excellent service, called when the ring was ready to collect and just given fab customer service. Having never met the manager before, when collecting the ring, he was incredibly personable and immediately put me at ease. His passion and enthusiasm for his work is apparent. I will be back I'm sure.

Came in search for a platinum band and we found the one. Raman was able to resize the ring within a matter of days. Excellent customer service and very friendly.
