Great, friendly staff. Very helpful. Numerous classes to suit. Actual gym floor isn't massive, but as I stick to the classes it doesn't make a difference to me. Highly recommend

I’ve just finished the 6 week boot-camp challenge with Immerse Fitness and I can genuinely say it’s been a fantastic experience! Not only have I achieved results that I’m exceptionally happy with, I’ve found my future fitness home. Immerse is different to all other gyms that I’ve been a member of (and there’s been a few!); in that there’s a genuinely friendly and non-intimidating atmosphere on the gym floor and it comes across that all the trainers want you to succeed with your goals (and not just want your monthly subscription like bigger commercial gyms). Having been trained by James, Jake and Sion, I would be hard pressed to choose one over the other as a personal trainer and would highly recommend them all. I’ll be signing up as a member when my current membership runs out at my current gym. Looking forward to having a bash at some of the classes!
I've just finished a 6 week body transformation challange with Immerse Fitness, and what a fabulous experience, at one point I give up on loosing any weight or stop my bad eating habit, but committing to this challange program changed everything, withing just 6 weeks, I'm almost 22 lb lighter, felling much fitter and not scared of wearing a slim fit shirt , I've been trained by top guys, Sion, Jake and James, and I can't recommend them enough, they helped me a lot throughout the journey in order to achieve my goals, I will be joining this gym for definite once my membership runs out with my existing gym, as I never felt so Confortable and chilled working out as much as I did at Immerse, such a good and friendly environment. Highly recommended
