I am so glad I went to this hospital before seeing all of the terrible reviews, I want to say to the 2 paramedics who picked me up after my car accident on the ramp westbound on the roundabout on February 3rd at 10:15am. thank you for making me feel better after the traumatic experience and thank you to the female officer for comforting me as well.

Where to start.... I am truly discussed in the system at this hospital. We went into for our family, with no one in waiting room. So we thought hey wont be long.... um well hrs go by. More people come ( most had apt or were told to return next day...)???? We finally ask how long they expected as no one getting called in. They told us well there is only one dr in the WHOLE ER DEPT???? Wow... so after waiting for 5hrs I looked up and saw 2 ambulance come in. Unfortunately we decided to leave and go elsewhere as we weren't going to be seen by a Dr there. Im utterly applaud that this is where my taxes go. To a system I can't use when peopleare in need. We went to urgent care in london was literally in and out in 20min. I really understand and am patient to wait. There was a young girl w her mom who left cause they were too busy to check her bandage and also an old man who had an apt left alone for 5hrs sitting there no one helping him. This isn't my first horrible experience I've had w this hospital... and for your own safety don't waste your time. Travel somewhere they can actually take the time for their patient.
Been coming here for years. Very kind staff and very fast at getting you in unless there's lots of ambulances coming in. I've actually seen a doctor and left in less than 45 minutes. Better than London unless you have something specialized.
I would give 0 stars if I could. 1 doctor for the entire hospital emerge!!! Unless you have an entire day to wait do not come here. Worst place ever.
Absolutely terrible. I’ve only ever had bad experiences. Mouthy nurses, long waiting times, inadequate service.
