No problem whatsoever. Our flight was delayed 48 hours and it was a quick and easy phone call to claim. Just gave them my flight details and 3 working days later the money was in my account. No complaints from me at all :)

zero stars. It has now been 100 days and my claim is still not settled. I don't even know where to begin to try and escalate this but service has been horrible and I have not been paid out. I did not get my own travel insurance as Intana was the provider through the organization I was volunteering with. It has been nothing but a nightmare. Another person who volunteered through the same organization had similar issues and HER BANK ENDED UP COMPENSATING TO SAVE HER TROUBLE! It is the responsibility of the insurance company to be paying out the claim, yet her bank ended up giving her the money to avoid the grief, can you imagine?! Countless email correspondence has been going back and forth as it's international and I cannot be incurring that kind of international call fees. I strongly advise someone think twice before going with Intana.
Not even worth a star. Don't bother with these guys as you will question why you even still have insurance... All comments above are valid. They come up with excuses to not accept your claim over and over again. They're here just take your money, that's all. They don't care about anything else. Please stay out!
suggested not to use this company. they keep making excuses even when i have submitted all the papers ...the fact is they don't want to pay our claims.
Pls don't use this company,everyone is unqualified and they're always reject your claim, blaming your past sickness.The true is people buy insurance for emergency when they are traveling it mean people who have exitsting sickness can not buy insurance so what's the insurance for ?.this company should close down.
I spoke to Intana dental insurance, and they charged me excess of 50EUR , beside that fact they admit it over the phone is their fault. very poor service
