Just a normal train station, not very pretty or particularly clean and the toilets cost money (20p). The staff are happy and friendly. When we went, our train was on time and we found the station fine. We got lost on the way from the station to the bus stop though and missed the bus. That's because the signs to the bus station are misleading. Better ask a member of staff or trust Maps to navigate.

Second time I have been delayed In Elgin and missed my change over to Kyle line. Get new trains!!!! Not that expensive

Front of staff Gemma and George extremely unhelpful and left my 15 year old son stranded at the station. Thankfully Ewan Anderson was there to help but do not expect any help from those two. Disgusting behaviour
