I wouldn't recommend Cowboy Bail Bond to anyone that has High bond, they will play mind games, and \ACT\ like they will work with you, they will call you every 3 days to follow up, then when you pay them the money, they will request for Co signer, then they will turn around and require the Co signer to own there on home, meaning that's the only Collateral, they are willing to take. So if you have high bail and you or your Co signer dont own there own home lol then dont bother doing business with them, find someone else who will actually help you, thanks

DECEPTIVE PLACE. totally got screwed over in the worst way they were not upfront not honest never told us info we needed to know then tried to ask for collateral and gain access to everything we had in order to do the ball, story is too long to tell here but run from the false hope givers.
Courteous and very helpful but don't believe I should have to pay for an app that should be free. But it is what it is and at least we don't have to go across town just for checking in.
Mark was amazing. I am running off 3 hours of sleep after a unforeseen circumstance that my husband was in. Mark told me “you’re not allowed to stress, we got this”. I’ve never had customer service like this before. I truly appreciate the level of knowledge, the smile behind the phone and the patience he provided me with.
I was in jail for about 7 days. The person who bailed me had been looking for prices and this was hands down the best deal. The bonds men traveled all the way to the jail that day. I over heard he was working for another inmate and he had to drive all the way back to another city because the detective changed paper work. Did it with no complaints. The woman at the desk was extremely nice and helpful. No judgment from her at all. It was very busy that day and even though she was the only one she managed to take care of 3 other people while helping me and not miss a beat. She was pretty amazing. They offer very low prices, very friendly helpful staff, and all around great service. Definitely come here if you are ever in need of a bail!
