Facility looks nice. Only gave one star due to customer service from them and the hotel. Should be better communication. Hotel didn’t make us aware we had to reserve, and they deliver an “oh well not our fault, hotel rents our pool” mentality.

Great place to work out. Very friendly staff and always clean. Plenty of amenities and space. Would definitely recommend.

Great facility. Staff needs to be more courteous to paying members. Customer service goes quite along way. Often times rooms or areas are entirely booked for one member, thus making it difficult for other member's to utilize all of the facility.
