The staff at number counter reception was bit unpolite .N lack of knowledge..office at reception not sure can give me ticket num or not .. But who handled me through the process of my purpose get done..was Mr.Haniff ..I can said he is a well polite , gentle ,thoughtful and very respectful. Hope everyone treat public like that.
