I have been using the VA for all my medical care since 2008. When I moved to back to Jamestown the CBOC would be the 5th facility I have used for medical care after retiring from 23 years of service. The service here is compassionate, caring and skilled. The fact that they have all three is impressive since I found care where all or some of these three elements are missing. You will be treated properly here. They do a fantastic job.

Great people to have helping out the vets and their families. I've been going for about ten years and they are very professional. They get things done in a timely fashion. They do it all with a smile. Very nice staff down there. Thank you jamestown via. Keep up the great work!!! Put down 5 stars but something must be wrong with it.

Can barely understand the Drs. their English is so bad !! The mgr. Megan is great tho , and the rest of the staff . If I could afford it I'd go to a physician outside the VA .
