James has been working with my son (U9s) for 6 months now, the impact that he’s had on Charlie’s game has been huge. From the initial skill assessment through to the weekly sessions that are bespoke for Charlie’s action plan, he’s covered a wide range of skills and techniques to help improve Charlie as a rounded player. He has worked on technique, confidence and composure, decision making, speed, power, accuracy and this all shows on a Sunday. James’ ability to communicate the session objectives to Charlie in a 1on1 environment, along with the tailored games and drills really help to focus the session on a particular skill or technique which makes things less complicated and much more effective. James keeps the sessions fun and competitive which Charlie loves! The results of the training are obvious on match day, with several parents commenting on how Charlie is improving at such a rapid rate.
