Jimmy and his team wrapped and packed my bike for shipment abroad during my COVID-due absence. I was allowed to store the bike at Jimmy's Bike Shop for a few weeks until final shipment due to my difficulties finding an appropriate shipping service. The price for the service on the website (35 Euro) needs to be updated but 50 Euro is still grand. They were all really patient and helpful. They even printed out the shipping labels in a nearby shop for me and didn't await any additional payment. Thanks guys, great service! I highly recommend Jimmy's Bike Shop.

What an experience for my 8 year old girl. Jimmy and the team are excellent. While I was very impressed with Jimmy delivering on every commitment to help get my 8 year girl her Frog 62 bike on time. I was so impressed with his proactive and professional manner. However the real magic happened when I took my 8 year girl to collect her bike. The through set up, the consideration, time and effort he put into making this an unbelievable experience for my little girl was something else and something I will treasure. It was well worth the journey of nearly an hour and I plan to repeat the experience with my 6 year old with the Frog 55 bike in a few weeks. Clearly I would have no hesitation in recommending Jimmy and his shop. Thanks again Jimmy for a great experience. Great job. Derrick

Left my son's bike in and was told that it needed a hanger, part of the gear mechanism. Over 10 days later the bike still wasn't ready and when I went to pick it up the complete mechanism was off the bike and \missing\. Ended up bringing the bike to a shop in Swords where they repaired it on the spot.
