Very poor at responding. Ann will never call you back so give up on that one. Keith the technician has some kind of attitude and is very excitable when he thinks there is an issue. Never seen someone run so fast to get a tape measure, only to see that the tank is an inch off, which just took a nudge. They definitely are not customer oriented.

Several years ago we had a propane supplier that charged us a higher rate because we tried to conserve and supplement our propane with a wood stove. Our rates were absolutely ridiculous. We researched pricing and companies and found Superior Plus Energy Services and decided to try them. Their service has been outstanding for the few years we have been with them. Upon having a tank added to facilitate a generator they charged us only for the additional propane. That's a sign of a company with great customer consideration. Our rates are still great and we pay only about half of what we were paying before we switched. We highly recommend Superior Plus and for anyone reading this review, if you're on the fence about this company, we can tell you from experience that they are friendly, courteous and timely.

The staff at Superior is wonderful, always friendly and ready to help with any questions. I've been an oil customer of theirs since 2011 when they acquired my previous oil company and the transition went very smooth. I get quality service every time, I have no desire to go through any other company.
