There is a 250 minimum menu per person- but you get an exclusive service, where 2 servers place plates simultaneously. The food taste differently, but is interesting and tasty. You have an option to order a plate with cheese/s, but it is for an additional cost.

When you walk in the smell of the food will make you want to stay...as for food it was absolutely great...

I have to say I'm not always a fan of the enchiladas at some of the so-called \institutions\ around the city because they are too greasy and the chile too mild, but neither of those is ever an issue here. The BYO aspect is probably my favorite, as I can leave off the things I don't like (greasy cheese and pointless, water-like lettuce) in favor of more of the good stuff (chile and meat).
