My motivation comes from the feeling that I look more athletic and have regular activity, our training sessions. And I think I grew some extra muscles too Why I kept coming back for this long, I think I owe and thank to these factors: First one is obviously Kamil. He took it seriously and responsibly from the start. Kamil is always prepared for the sessions, keeps them consistent and is on time. Secondly, we are a great team. We are close to each other and on the same frequency. Thirdly, we keep each other accountable and none of us wants to let the team down. My wife and I feel the responsibility and it doesn’t feel right to slack or not attend the sessions. It’s a small form of pressure which we both need. From the start, we’ve planned our work/life responsibilities and activities around these sessions. In other words, made it a priority. Prior allocation of time slots is the only way to train consistently. If I was to train on my own, without Kamil’s scheduled sessions, it would end up with an excuse like ‘I have to move the session, I have something more important to do’, ‘I am hungry I have to eat’ now’, ‘something hurts me’ etc. The social aspect is critical for me - it wouldn’t work without it.

These are some benefits from training with Kamil for me: Firstly I like the way Kamil started with us. We started to do bodyweight exercises with less repetitions and focus on the correct form. We then slowly started to increase the difficulty and added new movements which kept the sessions challenging. I certainly have to push myself. - After the first 2 months Kamil introduced resistance bands and therefore created a new challenge again. - A month after that, dumbbells were introduced to increase the training stimulus even further. Secondly, a big benefit is consistency and setting up exact days and times every week. If on the rare occasion I wasn’t able to attend the session, it became obvious how hard it was to do the session on my own in my own time. Thirdly, Kamil had a deep session on nutrition and diet with us. This was very helpful, he taught us what works for fat loss, muscle maintenance/muscle gain and how to track the progress. I became much more aware of what quality of food I buy and I make sure I cook only home made meals with fresh and healthy ingredients. So far it works great and I hope we keep working together for a very long time.

Kamil is a superb trainer. I have used a few personal trainers over the years and it mostly seemed like a cookie cutter experience. With Kamil this was different he first asked me to identify what i wanted to achieve then put together a challenging training plan and advised on the kinds of food to eat to achieve my goals. He is also very influential and has changed how i view food and eat it. - Simply Outstanding!

It is more than 9 months that my husband Martin and I started to train with Kamil. We are very glad and satisfied with the way everything goes so far. I love the fact that we are motivated this long and I don’t feel that this motivation is changing. Kamil’s training sessions are giving us more energy and the nutrition plan is leaving us with a feeling that we do it correctly. We can see a real change. We feel better, healthier and the training with our friends (another couple) makes it even more fun. We enjoy it and we have a great feeling after every session. Another great benefit is that we can train together (with my husband) - it’s our joined activity we both enjoy and we support each other. I have fortunately been training with Kamil for several years. My biggest takeaway is the focus on technique and how this has progressed my fitness and strength. Being guided to perform correct Power cleans and squat cleans has benefited my health immensely. I was encouraged also to push myself to load more weight (enabling me to progress). At times I was unsure if I was capable but Kamil had confidence in what I could achieve. I now complete certain Metabolic conditioning exercises I never would have seen myself doing. I am constantly practising certain Olympic Lifting techniques I have learned and have the confidence to perform them on my own. Previously I was not incorporating bar movements in my training. How I was missing out! Pre covid training with Kamil, I was able to vary the training in so many ways as I had access to all the equipment. So, for example one day I wanted to focus on Strongman training (my level of strongman), Kamil was able to provide the prowler sled, Yoke, Strongman log lift cylinder, sand bags and the infamous Atlas stones. Other days we could utilise (one of my favourites) Kettlebells, Olympic lifting movements, wall balls, Ski erg Machine and pull up bar. Always varied always challenging and ultimately fun training. I have always enjoyed my training with Kamil and the benefits for me have been both physical and mental. I cannot recommend Kamil enough and would encourage anyone to utilise his skills so you can also see the benefits. Shazir

Kamil helped me find my way back to fitness, after injury and Covid lockdown had stopped me from doing any exercise. His training programme was challenging and he provided sound advice on diet, which really helped me to turn things around. I lost 5kg in the first few weeks, with Kamil always checking up and giving advice during and between exercise sessions. Weather permitting we train outside, which is great, but Kamil is versatile enough to also do the occasional online session when needed. I can recommend Kamil to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

I want to add my subjective point. I personally feel that I’m addicted to our sessions now. I can’t imagine to skip a session. Even if I have an unmovable work commitment that evening and can’t join I certainly do it later or the next morning. It’s not only in my head anymore, my body craves it. I even catch myself thinking on rest days ‘shouldn’t I train?!’ And I mean it positively, it really helps me to balance with my busy work life and reset my mind. I hope it will last for a long time from now.
