Simple and flavorful food. I tried the veg biryani with a sweet lassi on an empty stomach and was very satisfied with the food and service. Updated May 12,2019: Decided to take a walk around Sham Shui Po And was able to plan on another return to the Kashmir Curry House. My companion and I got a broad selection of the menu and were very happy with the food that arrived. Nice mix of locals from many cultural backgrounds. Good prices and better quality.

Did a take out and they were quite generous on their meat cubes to their sagwala and tikka! Their samosas were tasty too! They somewhat adjusted their level of spicy to fair that its fine for those who like to eat Indian food but cant take spicy that much. Worth the try if u happen to be in Sham Shui Po

Fake. That restaurant doesn't serve Kashmiri food. It only serves Pakistani food. The name of that restaurant is extremely misleading.

Small Indian shop in the heart of Sham Shui Po, I was quickly attracted by their menu since it includes Murtabaks and Parathas (I LOVE THOSE). To be honest, I wasn’t expecting a lot from this place and indeed it didn’t deliver a a great experience, but at least it is kinda cheap and quantity is big. I ordered a banana murtabak and chicken chikka for a total of 100 HKD and couldn’t finish on the spot so brought a doggy bag home. Moreover, I think the food is kinda okay, not bad but not great. The samosas I had were very dry, as well as, surprisingly, the curry rice my friend ordered. And they don’t have a lot of sauce to help (why ??) so the experience of eating those meals is a bit disappointing. The chicken tikka was great though. In conclusion, I dont really recommend this place but can’t advise against totally. I think it’s made for quick and cheap bites and it serves this purpose for sure, but it is not a place to get a great food experience and come back again and again.

Authentic Asian street food taste. Delicious and very good value. Generous portions. I recommend you try the spiced Indian tea!

Was planning on having noodle soup for lunch but the wonderful smell of curry led me to try this little curry house. My mixed vegetable curry was chock full of veggies and the parantha was hot, crisp and delicious! Portion was large for me. Prices are very reasonable and food came very fast. Tables and floor looked clean and the menu is in both Chinese and English. Will come again to try some other dishes!
