I ordered a 2000 pocket sprung mattress from marks and Spencer’s 6 weeks ago. Four days before it was due to be delivered they rang and said it was going to be another 3 weeks so out of disgust I cancelled the order there and then. I mentioned my predicament to a good friend who told me of Fair Deal Beds in Keighley and how impressed she had been with the price, the quality and the customer service. I called in and spoke to one of the salesmen Ben, and ordered a 2000 pocket sprung mattress for 560. I got a call two days later saying the bed was now in the warehouse and ready for delivery. They delivered it at 7:00pm when I had got home from work. There was an extremely difficult choke point at the base of the stairs. Neither of them gave up and they spent a long time persevering when many people would have just given up and taken the mattress back. I am very impressed with the mattress, the price, the quality and the level of customer service. I would recommend Fair Deal Beds.

Brilliant!! Bought a bed and sofa set from here and I must admit I was having second thoughts as the prices were much lower than the rest of the shops in town and online but once I had the bed and sofas delivered I was super happy as they were exactly how I wanted them! The lads not only delivered for free they assembled the bed in the attic and took away all the packaging at no extra cost! I am honestly so happy with the quality and service I recieved. Thank you very much once again!!
