There are a few excellent doctors there, and if you can get to see them you are very well looked after. However, the appointment system does not work well. I phoned yesterday on my husband's behalf to arrange ear syringing (he could not hear well enough to make the call). I was told he'd need a referral to the hosp to get them done (apparently they don't do syringing now) but this would take weeks! I pointed out that it was urgent and was told someone would phone me. They never did, so today he had to pay privately to have them done (70). The system needs to be improved so that it's patients are looked after, not just sent away or ignored.

Receptionist staff appear to be trained by the Gestapo, doctors seem to want the quickest easiest solution for them without exploring the patients needs. This practice is the greatest argument for exploiting legal tax loopholes I've found yet. Lovely top spec' Alfa Gulia and a nice Jag' in the doctors parking though.

Wonderful practice, only registered the other week and got an appointment on the first day trying to see a doctor. Very helpful and knowledgeable doctors and the reception staff were very professional and kind. Thank you

They don't read the information sent to them from specialists. They didn't get my prescription right. Months later and I still don't have the right compression sleeve for my lymphoedema. Plus they haven't replied to my letter I have sent in 3 weeks ago. You get brushed off or ignored.
