Had some delivery schedule issues with my pool table, but have to give Ozone credit for making it right. I bought in early January and they scheduled Feb 23 delivery. Close to that date I called for an update and they pushed delivery out to April 8th because it was backordered at the manufacturer. With that being 6-7 weeks from what we agreed on, obviously I was not happy. But they went out of their way to do the right thing. The GM reached out and scheduled a delivery of the floor model of the table I had ordered right around my original delivery date and agreed to come swap it out to my new table as soon as it arrived from the manufacturer. When something does go wrong, which can happen to any business, you have to respect a company that's willing to step up and make it right. That's why I say this business is worth your time and money.

Customer service is good in the store while they are making a sale. Once they get your money they forget about you. We got a hot tub and theater sofa from them. Ordered them in June. They gave us a delivery time of August. We got the sofa last week and hot tub today, September 30. We had to call for updates. The hot tub was delivered and there was no owners manual, the store had our po box as delivery, even though we gave them the physical address more than once. There have been no follow up calls to make sure we got our items delivered satisfactory, if we are happy with them or anything. I don't know if I want to do business with them again or refer them to anyone. With the amount of money you spend here for items you would think they would provide you with better service, updates and follow up after you receive your merchandise.
