Awesome shipwreck, lots of fish, nurse sharks, grunts, porkfish, trunkfish, parrotfish. Shallow water, around 25 ft. perfect for new divers. Shipwreck is huge, lots to explore. Highly recommend.

This dive site is a WWII shipwreck that features enormous congregations of tropical fish and marine organisms. It's a good spot to find all the typical underwater life of the Florida Keys. However, it's excellent for finding some of the harder-to-find species: High Hats, Spotted Drum, and Flying Gurnards. The prettiest fish in the ocean, the Immature Queen Angel, is reliably present in the compartments of the upper superstructure. Stunning!
Dan had been super helpful and made our experience infinitely better. He was helpful friendly and a wealth of information
This cargo ship sunk after a collision with another ship (both running without lights to avoid German subs) during World War II. It was raked and flattened to avoid clogging shipping lanes, so it lies flat and opened up on the bottom about 30'-40' down, easy access for recreational diving and a nice wreck dive for those who aren't up to diving through dark, enclosed spaces. The wreck functions as an artificial reef so a lot of marine life has set up shop here. This probably isn't going to excite advanced divers but is a great way to break up a set of coral reef dives with something a little different.
Awesome dive. Ton of marine life
Very cool and actual shipwreck from 1942.
The locals secret is that this is also a great place for a wall dive.
Great dive site but the current that day was horrible... lucky we even got in the water.
