I just completed the Hypnobirthing course and am utterly impressed buy it. Nancy is so enthusiastic and clear with her explanations that following the huge amount of information we were given wasn't difficult at all. It was rather enjoyable! She was extremely good explaining subjects in a way that was understandable to us and able to answer all our tricky questions. I really liked her humor input as well! Would be able to do this for hours and hours. Would highly recommend KGB!

I attended A KGHynobirthing course with my husband at St Thomas Hospital in London, in June this year. It completely changed my whole perspective on birth and gave myself and my husband more confidence and knowledge. Katharine and Kemi who lead the course are amazing women who really care about supporting mums to be and helping them to have an amazing birth experience. I couldn't recommend this course more highly its life changing!
Katharine is an exceptionally knowledgeable, pragmatic and professional teacher and I am greatly enjoying using the inspirational and effective techniques taught. Having a background in therapy, the fascinating course content enabled me to gain a broader and deeper understanding of hypnobirthing which I can now add to my repertoire of skills as a practitioner.
I had the privilege to train as a teacher over zoom with Katharine herself. The course is at an academic level on par with my midwifery degree and is accredited by the RCM. I had the most amazing week and met so many lovely women with such a fantastic ethos. KGHypnobirthing truly is the best you will find.
I took a hypnobirthing class with Katharine Graves last year and it truly transformed my experience at birth. My first childbirth ended with a traumatic c-section. It left a really nasty scare on both myself and hubby and when number 2 was on the way we really needed to find something to help us and we were both pretty freaked out. Katharine’s course was life changing, it really helped build our confidence and navigate through the choices we had. Believe it or not after the first experience we ended up having a fabulous home birth. We had to fight the powers that be to be ‘allowed!’ to do this but happy to say it all worked out brilliantly. Now I am I cannot help but spread the word as far and as wide as possible. Everyone should have the opportunity to do this course!
