Wouldnt really say anything has been refurbished apart from the toddler area, which is alot better. Some of the same lovely staff from jungle kids but some new ones who are really really rude. Rolled her eyes at me on numerous occasions and turned round to pull a face at another member of staff when I asked her a simple question. Continued to make us feel uncomfortable the entire session especially 30 mins towards the end by continuously telling us how long we have left, you've got 20 mins, you've got 15 mins left, 5 mins now. I am an adult, I can tell the time thank you. If I've paid until 1.30pm I expect I should be able to stay until then even if I am the last one left on the session for my kids to fully enjoy it. Without a count down of an exit. I used to go here all the time when it was jungle kids but I dont think I will be returning for the foreseeable future. My friend had a session booked yesterday and actually experienced the same rudeness, by the same member of staff. Shes not hard to notice, it's pretty obvious with her manners.

Well I haven't been to this place yet. But I know all the staff there . Cause it's the staff from jungle kids . And really I like the staff . Cause I use to go when it was jungle kids . Before this stupid virus came . But I will be going to see them all with my daughter . But I think it will be a great place
Keep the kids busy for hours. Nice little place. They serve food too. Offers available on Groupon all the time.
A load of children that have been imported from the jungles of Borneo. They swing from vines and are very friendly with a group of apes.
