Bad and disappointing service all round - I reserved a puppy from an upcoming litter, put a deposit down and agreed a price and only at the last minute when the puppies were due to be born that they want to nearly massively increase price capitalising on the current situation during lockdown. Also asked for pictures of the parents twice and never recieved, unhelpful and difficult service. Would not reccomend.

Poor service - we tried to buy a puppy from here recently and were really messed around: first we were told we could pick one up in a week, then we were told that someone else wanted it so we had to put down a deposit, then that we didn’t need a deposit, we just had to ring the next day to find out which of two puppies would be available...we rang the next day to find that they’d both had deposits put on them (which they never let us do!) Absolute shambles and really disappointing, wish we’d never contacted this place and avoided all the heartache.
We collected our little cavachon Peppa last Friday 21st Feb, she was bathed and all ready. All the paperwork was ready too and everything explained. Oh my goodness what an absolute delight she is. She goes to the toilet in the garden ( credit due to Kilconnel kennels). She sleeps all night. She is the calmest most placid dog and everyone loves her. A huge thank you to Lesley, Shanney and the whole team at Kilconnel. They have been wonderful from the start when we first enquired all the way through to when we collected her. We definately recommend Kilconnel kennels to others wishing to purchase a puppy.
