I got a Mazda 6 from them back in December and the first person I spoke with is James. He’s been absolutely brilliant in sorting everything out for me and making sure I am happy with my purchase. They have even delivered the car to England which is around 250 away and were spot on. I had the chance to speak to Stuart as well a couple of times and he was very helpful and reassuring with every question/issue I had. There is still room for improvements regarding aftersales communication, but to be perfectly honest I have not had any major issues to require urgency, just a puncture when I got the car which I’ll get someone to look at next week locally. I waited for over a month to post the review as I wanted to make sure the car is running fine and everything seems to be good so far. Hope no issues will come up moving forward, but if so I am confident they will be able to help me out. Overall great service and yes, some may have had issues and got frustrated on the spot (as per the bad comments), but they are nowhere close to shady or however they were described. I read all the reviews on this page before making the purchase and they are great people. Buy with confidence.

I would recommend Glenfield of Kilmarnock as they are very efficient and honest. Noticed a few problems with the car - Small chip in the paint and a loose seat clip, and the steering column needed oil - the guys were very helpful and got all of this seen to within a week. Excellent communication and very well run.

Bought my Mercedes AMG in December, I saw the car online and couldn't get through to see it in person, but after reading the review for this dealer I just puchaced the car. I was not disappointed with the car or service I received, the team where excellent and after the car had a little problem January they put it strait into there garage and resolved it with NO cost to me. Amazing service, thank you .

Recently purchased a car from Glenfield and within a week the upper control arm fixing bolt snapped. I was pretty upset and phoned to complain . Spoke to Stuart the owner who immediately reassured me there wouldn't be a problem and they would make good and sort out the repair ( despite the fact this wasn't covered by the warranty). True to his word be sought out the part and arranged the repair through our local garage in Dundee. Very impressed with the level of service and by the manner this issue was treated . Would highly recommend big thumbs up
