I contacted Your Move to discuss putting my house on the market. They were prompt in all their correspondence with me and offered very competite rates. Covid has brought about very unusual times but they were entirely safety conscious not only when coming out to value my property but also when I went in to sign paperwork and when they conducted my viewings. They followed all of the government guidance which was very reassuring. I really liked the fact they were able to offer online virtual tours of my house too, ensuring that people could view my property safely before deciding if they were going to view in person. My house sold in just over a week and the team, especially Susan, David and Andrea kept me apprised at every step with feedback from viewings and offers I had been given. The sale will now be processed but I have every confidence that this will be a smooth transaction and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help!

Nothing but good things to say about our service. Selling a fully furnished inherited property held in trust 300 miles away in the middle of a pandemic should have been a nightmare. Angela has been brilliant throughout, she's been fantastic. Helped us deal with frankly appalling solicitors, kept us fully updated on everything, even bullied our house clearers into providing a decent service and clearing up the shocking mess they tried to leave behind. An absolute pleasure to deal with. We will buy you a pint if we're ever allowed up there.

I had an absolute poor experience with this letting agent. The only thing this branch were interested in was getting the rental property signed for. As soon as we moved in they were absolutely hopeless throughout. I phoned multiple times with various different issues that they won’t deal with directly. When it came to cancelling the tenancy it was a near impossible task due to the branch being shut due to lockdown. I didn’t know it was difficult for them to have a phone or access to email during this time. I had to actually contact your move on Facebook to cancel. Towards the end the manager was very rude to my girlfriend. Maybe if she had to live with mice in the property while the country was in lockdown she would understand, there was no empathy at all. Funny how they can do a check up report throughout the year and everything is marked as perfect but as soon as we leave everything is in a bad condition. The same cleaning report I had to use my GDPR rights to obtain as the branch didn’t give us a copy. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with this branch.
