I stayed here for just over a week last year. I loved my stay here. Both the Japanese and international staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and they all speak very good English. On my first day there one of the guys from Nepal walked me to the station to show me how to get my travel card. When I was checking out I had a problem with my hotel reservation in Vietnam (where I was travelling to) and the lovely young receptionist from the Philippines went out of her way to help me sort it out. My private room was small but very cozy and comfortable and Arkabane is a really good location to stay in. It's central but not too crazy or touristy. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I come back to Tokyo.

駅から線路沿いに歩くとすぐ目の前に見えます。歩いても2分くらい。 23時過ぎだったので、道が若干暗く少し怖いかな、と思いましたが、人が全くいなかったのと、すぐホテルに着いたので大丈夫でした。 受付の方が親切で、初めて泊まる時の説明を丁寧にしてくださいました。 カプセルホテルというのを知らずに予約したので、カプセルと外観に書いてあり少し驚いたのですが、お部屋は予約したとおり個室で良かったです。 全体的にコンパクトですが、必要なものは全部そろい、女性にはアフロートのシャンプー、トリートメントを貸し出してもらえるのが嬉しかったです。数量限定のようなのでラッキーでした。 また次も来たいです。 ありがとうございました。
シングルルームとセミダブルの部屋しか泊まったことが無いため、それらの情報しか書けませんが シングルルームに関してはホテルの形上部屋が狭いです。大きめのキャリーケースを持って入った場合、床に荷物を広げるのが困難です。 セミダブルに関してはシングルルームよりかは部屋が広いのでまだ広げれると思います。 また、部屋には無料スマホが設置してあるので地図として利用もできます。 朝食に関しては、提携店のトゥモローさんの朝メニューの中から好きなのを選ぶことが出来ます 結構種類が多いので迷いますよー！ ※写真は朝メニューの一例です(最後のプリンは別料金です)
