Outstanding food junction in Hatibagan. If you are in Hatibagan area and looking for lunch solutions in Bengali style, then you need to come down to Hotel Priya. Hotel Priya is located opposite side of Faria Pukur lane and Kinnar Kinnori. I usually take rumali roti with mutton kosha. This is absolutely outstanding. This is not upscale or family restaurant, bit cozy. Daily office public, medical representatives usually takes lunch here. Food quality is outstanding. Price isn't cheap as food quality is really good. you can Bengali thali with fish, dal, rice, alu vaja or any vaja. Chicken and Mutton kosha also there as well. When you visit here, please take roti with mutton kosha. In the evening, you can get Mutton Biriyani, Mutton chap, rumali roti, chicken bharta, chicken kosha etc. I must say, food ia really good here.

It's one of the heritage eatery joints in hatibagan locality. They offer normal thali dishes to biryani and chicken kasha and other nonveg items. Taste and quality is really good and they maintained this reputation since their foundation. Seating arrangement is a bit small. Price is pocket friendly. Staffs are polite and well mannered. The proper location is town school bus stop near shyambazar.

Authentic rustic food. The actual traditional kolkata food if you want to try . Not a fancy restaurant with exorbitant prices. Inspired me to try more such old authentic places in kolkata. Every dish is like from grandma's kitchen . Many variety of fishes and was told fish eggs are available to early commers by 12pm. Start the meal with fresh potato sprikle fry and end of the meal mango chutney is like the cherry on the cake.

It's wonderful food though the place is small but the Quality and Quality is very good. Space is too small. And they have increased the price.

It's good for a sudden pocket friendly lunch but the taste and ambience are average... Items are more or less common and tastes ordinary though the food is served very fresh and warm.....

I would give 2.5 if possible. It was my first visit. But it is very unpleasant to say that my first impression is not good. Rather I would say the price to quality ratio is too high. I ordered two plate rice, two bowl misir dal, one plate sabji, one plate rahu Kalia and one litre mineral water. The bill was 215/-. Out of which 20 was mineral water and 85 was rahu Kalia. These item are acceptable. But two plate rice, two bowl dal and one plate sabji 110??!!! Not justified as per quality.
