Really great place! Everything you need to start windsurfing. The kit and team of people to set you up and train. Very laid back and chilled place. My trainer Alice was brilliant, patient, polite, gave really good feedback/advice to improve and most importantly of all was always positive. Got me up sailing a short way in just under 2 hours. Can't think of a single thing they could improve on, I even got an ice cold coke when I finished! Brilliant!

We have rented our equipment at Big Blue Surf Center in the summer of 2019. Very friendly staff and very good prices. Switching sails a couple times a day because the wind dropped or was getting more was no problem at all. Enough gear to choose from. If you want a specific board, it is advisable to reserve it though. Because our hotel was 15 minutes away we always could contact them if the wind was good enough to come over. Eventually we have rented equipment for a couple of days and when i go back to Kos i certainly go back to Big Blue! There were also nice beach chairs to chill when you are having a break or have friends with you that do not surf.
I am not windsurfing however went along with my partner who does... He is more than happy with everything there and I was impressed by the beauty of the beach and surroundings. Lovely place with a great team of people that are welcoming and friendly.
These guys were recommended to us after having some less surf-like experiences at other spots. Over here, they understand the vibe and bring wind- and kitesurfing to Kos in a proper way.
I went round a few of the kite centres on the island and this was definitely the most friendly and the best location if staying in Kos town. They have all the latest gear, speak really good English and are super helpful. Couldn't ask for more!
Great staff, super nice and very good vibes
Good and well rigged equipment (I recommend to make reservation for a board before arrival), but most of all very friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing atmosphere. The most appreciated thing - some useful tips from instructors - Arpi, Marco - many thanks. The best thing about the spot is that it is "all in one" - good for freeride/slalom, freestyle or even for first steps on waves. You will find choppy area up to 1,5km and very nice swell, ideal for some bump&jump going further into the sea. The spot is suitable for beginners also - practically flat water up to 500m from the center, even during windy days - maybe not a perfect conditions for learning but really ok. Highly recommended.
Very windy the last few days. As good as it gets ...
