Went to a class run by Steve on Saturday and I have nothing but good to say about the class. It can be quite nerve racking going to a class of self defence but it was run well and inclusive of all, both old and new members. It’s instructed in a way that makes it easy to pick up moves and the actions themselves stick very well, definitely making you more confident in the area of self defence even with just one lesson. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to commit to a club.

We go to the GMAC class at Perry Barr. Excellent classes, great instructors, Ade and Steve. The discipline is great and they work really hard to get the kids to the right grades. Highly Recommended
