Fast experience for the mirror maze. The maze was kinda pricy. They charge to babies also. Everyone gets free flip flops. The rest of the stuff there is ok, but pretty dated. This is fun if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go to it.

Really friendly staff! I spoke my limited Japanese with them but they were super friendly and helpful. Be prepared for the experience of glass blowing to be completely fast paced though. You're working with glass and it cools fast. They give you an explanation of what to do while heating your glass, but it can get a little confusing I know I missed cues when I attempted my go but they're really understanding and nice. One of the female staff filmed for me which was really sweet! I recommend going it'll cost around 8500yen depending on what you want to make. So be prepared!
The staff were helpful and patient. It was the first time we tried glass blowing but it exceeded expectations. They give you an option of what glass you’d like to make before you start (they vary in price). Making the glasses was fairly quick but the staff allowed us to take pictures. We could pick up our glasses two days after we made them.
They help you with whatever you choose to make, so it comes out nicely. It is pricey depending on what color/piece you want to create. The factory is hot inside, so you'll want to dress light. Great experience overall. Customer service is good.
Small, but fun place for kids. Price includes slippers that you get you take home with you. Try to avoid busy times or middle of the day weekends. We went on a Saturday morning and we had the mirror maze all to ourselves.
This is a really interesting local spot to check out. It's got a ton of beautiful, handmade glass products available. There's also a mirror labyrinth upstairs, which is affordable and fun. The workshop is open to public viewing, and you can shape your own pieces (with assistance) for a reasonable fee. It's a unique opportunity to observe an ancient art form.
A nice place to stop if up in the Onna area. Went for the mirror maze in the back on a rainy day for something to do. Pleasantly surprised by the little roadside attraction. My son loved it!
At Onna glass, there are about 4 set of customers infront and the queue was about 35 mins wait for the glass making experience. You chose your glass cup, then pay and wait in the waiting room. Glass making experience about 4-5 mins. You take photos and then come back the next day to collect your end product. Cup price ranges from Y2000 for a simple looking cup to Y15000. Don’t look at it like buying a cup. You will feel the pinch. Look at it from the experience and memory point, then you will be more happy to pay for the cups.
