These guys are great and they stand behind what they sell. I purchased a new ExMark zero turn Mower from Kleiber. It's a great machine but the first time I used it I noted that it just wasn't performing up to my expectations. So I sent an email to the salesman explaining what was happening. The email was sent after closing hours on a Saturday. The salesman responded that afternoon and by the following Monday morning arrangements had been made with ExMark to change out a part on my mower with a part which was designed differently and found on some of their other models. The swap was made in a timely manner, at no cost to me, and I am now completely satisfied with my mower's performance. I'm totally amazed by the speed, professionalism and quality of service that Kleiber exhibited in resolution of my problem. They've definitely got a repeat customer in me, and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for quality equipment backed by excellent service.

Very disappointed! We took our mower in for warranty work and also have a few things done like changing blades, oil and filter change and spark plug. To be charged OVER 450.00 for this is just crazy. With an amount like this we should have been told they were gonna charge 100.00 per hour and almost 3 hrs total. Seems like they had to get paid somehow so they stuck it to us. They first said they were charging for labor for the warranty issues then came back and said no that’s not it. Well I think we know that it was it. This isn’t how you treat clients. My husband expressed concern and disagreement and it didn’t seem to get resolved. They also did a few things that we didn’t ask to be done, nor did hey reach out to ask us about them.
