First Gaby is just awesome. She told me at first they don’t cover ANAHEIM Hills, being that it is 18.2 miles from Laguna Niguel, where they are located. That is, of course understandable. I asked her if she had any recommendations for someone up in Anaheim Hills, and she said she’d check with her boss. Ten seconds later she’s back to me solution in hand.
Turns out they have a tech, Glenn, who lives near AH, and if I would take early morning or late afternoon, they’d help me out.
Next morning, right on time, Glenn shows up, very pleasant and respectful, goes out to the garage, checks out the sensors, and due to age, he decides they need replacing. The sensors are replaced, and the reason for the call is totally and professionally resolved.
Then, as a part of their service, the door, rail, and rollers are all lubed, small repairs are accomplished (no charge), and the door alignment checked. Glenn answered some of my questions, and I can attest Glenn knows his business.
Bottom line, very competent folks are the front door of this business. Gaby goes the extra mile to service the customers and their sometimes ridiculous assumptions (such as I think sensors just need alignment, the sun is hitting them wrong); she certainly knows what she is talking about as well. Glenn is as competent, professional, helpful, and very pleasant a technician as I have had working here in a very long time.
Pricing for this job was VERY reasonable. I won’t divulge what I paid as that is their business, and they don’t raise cattle, and I don’t repair garage doors. The price is very fair, and there is no up selling you things you don’t want or need.
