Wish I could give zero stars! The lady there is so rude and yells at her customers. The store is great but can’t even shop without getting her snappy attitude. She’s just an angry old lady.
This place is depressing the old lady who runs the place is very mean and disrespectful to everyone who walks inside her business and plus its not really even a kite store all they sell is cheap overpriced junk when you could get it at the dollar store so if you're looking for places with cheap overpriced junk and owners with verbal abuse this is place is the cheap place to go
Was asking a simple question, and lady behind the counter was extremely rude to me, and kept interrupting me as I was talking. I asked about a toy, which I had seen for sale online recently, and she said that they had been gone for 20 years, I followed up says that I had seen an ad for it, however, before I had finished my sentence, she told me to “go buy it then”, in a very rude manner. Take that any way you like, however, she was very polite to my Caucasian friend. One of the most rude interactions I have ever experienced with a store owner. If she doesn’t know how to be professional, she shouldn’t work at a place where she’s in constant contact with people who are simply inquiring about a product
A customer service. We had bought a wind spinner last summer. We just put it up about 1 month ago. I came home from work to find the pieces of it all over my yard. Of course we had thrown away the package and receipt. I took it back into the store and the kind lady handed me a new one without hesitation. I went in there prepared to have to beg for another, and was very pleasantly surprised that she made it so easy. I will shop here every time I come back to Lake Geneva, and recommend that you do the same. Huge variety and very fairly priced, as well.
