Horrible staff, over charging for drinks they even charge for a hot water refill, toilets dirty and can't be looked , the attendant to the pisa 10am flight, the most orrible person that I've met in my life

Completamente disorganizzato ai Gate. Assembramenti in vari punti e prima di salire a.bordo dell'aereo, ci hanno lasciati sotto la pioggia... Esperienza negativa..
