With hair coloring suppose to be style and and blow dry . That’s included with the expensive price . I asked her to use to the brush while blow drying and she said my hair doesn’t need the brush because it’s already strait . She left my hair very damp at that. I felt like she was rushed because she had plans. She left the coloring in my hair for ten minutes and said it was “quick color” then rinsed it out. I come home and there is still brown in my hair . I’m pretty disappointed ️ I got mixed up with her and Cathy. I was with Cathy the first time I went and I ended up with someone else . Please don’t rush on your customers hair especially when we are paying that high amount . I still left a tip because yes she was sweet and nice. But I did think about the service and I won’t be going back ️

Before my first infusion appointment, 4 appointments were cancelled on average 30 minutes out. During my first appointment, products were added to my treatment without staff asking for my approval, making the final bill higher than anticipated. My last appointment was cancelled **15 minutes** out! Completely unacceptable!
