Very helpful and knowledgeable people here at Arrow. Oscar was great and very respectful. Educated me a bit on what was wrong and answered all my questions. Even talked to another guy about his own ride which gave me better information for a mod I was planning to do to one of my other cars. Seems like a really good bunch of guys. Got me in and out pretty quickly, too.

I needed some some work done on my vehicle's alignment before the holiday weekend. The admin staff was awesome, they were able to squeeze me in and the mechanics were able to assess and make repairs that will save my holiday weekend. The shop was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. A BIG thank you to Ally (I think that was her name) for being able to squeeze me in, taking the time to explain the repairs and bill, and making the entire process easy and painless.

Bought a Minnie Winnie 25b, the gentlemen told me it needed an assignment so I looked around and was recommended this place, I liked their \If it's got wheels we can align them\ slogan. Since its a Ford with an I beam front end it didn't have the ability to adjust the camber degree. For an extra 120 they installed an aftermarket device to allow for adjustment. I'm very pleased after my trip and noticed how much more stable it is when big rigs are passing by. Total cost was 290 including alignment, that's the cost of one good tire not to mention the added stability I'm getting now. Well work the money, I'll be visiting them again when needed.
