Highly recommended this place for anything aquarium related, good selection of products/live stock the aquariums look great if you want to just be nosey but the Staff are what stand out here Super knowledgeable and helpful to keep you in right on your aquarium needs.
Very impressed by my visit to restock my tank today. Both of the staff who served me were genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Editing my previous negative review as when I returned last week many new measures had been put in place which addressed my previous complaints. New limits on customer numbers in store and popular areas meant my visit was a pleasure: efficient, informative and felt safe. I left with several fish who are all settling in nicely.
They have a large selection of cold water and tropical fish, as well as a smaller selection of marine. Great range of treatments and accessories as well as larger purchases; tanks, pond pumps, filters etc. The fish always seem healthy and tanks are clean and prices are reasonable. They operate a very responsible quarantine for new fish deliveries and source from the same supplier each time. Importantly the staff are all experienced fishkeepers, always busy maintaining quality and are happy to answer questions and give recommendations. I have found their manager is particularly expert and obviously sets high standards of customer service.
